This is a lovely flat that has plenty of period features being marketed by the folks at Oak Estates for £289,950.

I really don’t think the pictures on this one do it any justice and would suggest if this is in your price bracket it could be well worth the investment.

We recently rented a 2 bed flat in Nascot Wood for £1,350.  Yes it was a new build but this flat has high ceilings, bags of space and in A1 condition I think this flat could go for the same if not more.

At £1,350 per month you are looking at a 5.6% yield and Nascot Wood is one of those area where the prices will continue to rise as it’s such a desirable part of town and has some fantastic schools.

As always, check the service charge, ground rent & length of lease but I think this is a good investment and I’d love to add it to my portfolio.
